RECENT PROJECTS
Garden designs, build work and some technical construction detail drawings.
May 2019
My client mainly wanted some ideas, pulling together her own thoughts and needs, she needed a garden that was much easier to manage, as it was steeply sloped.
Something tidy and looking attractive to come home to every day.
RESIDENTIAL CITY YARD
August 2020
My client had the bare bones of a garden lay out already, however much of the elements didn't work together cohesively.
She found walking and balance problematic and so required a rethink of her current patio and footpath which were very uneven and had multiple irregular levels.
May 2018
A fantastic space to roam, explore and for all the family to enjoy.
The Cotton family have a huge dog Chips and with two young children.
The garden runs from the house down to a river at the bottom.
The design of the garden to be empathetic with both the house exterior and interior, and to be suitable for young children.
August 2018
Mrs Streeter and I worked on this design together, there was a small budget but a great deal of imagination.
The main attraction of the garden space was a wonderful view down, away and onto rolling Devonshire hills.
NO MORE POND
May 2020
A beautiful garden in the outskirts of Bristol, is well loved and maintained
However there is an old pond made from concrete that has become a hindrance and out of place.
The area in question is a good spot for catching the evening sun.
EXTENDED SEATING AREA
April 2018
With a lot of new build houses it can be common to get only a small patio
My client has a family that needed more space to BBQ, dine and play
A simple solution but made sympathetically to the surroundings
LARGE FAMILY GARDEN
December 2020
A gorgeous house in North Somerset, with 250m2 of flat lawn but soon to become 500m2 as new land was purchased
My client had the idea of a hot tub and seating area in one corner, then the ideas grew to fill the space..
GARDENERS GARDEN IN THE SUBURBS
October 2020
A great sized back garden, it had run a little wild and needed some order and purpose
We designed a new pathway, patio, summer house and re-shaped existing borders to give this garden a new lease of life
GEORGIAN TERRACE
September 2020
Down in Plymouth, a Georgian terrace house with many lovely original features.
This garden was to complement the interior and era of the house, show stylised planting and stone work in the build.
